‘Seller’ - Cards With Love

‘Buyer’ - the person named on the order form or purchase order

‘Goods’ - all the items to be supplied and all work to be done by the seller as specified in the order form or purchase order

‘Purchase Order’- the buyers purchase order or completed order form which specifies that these conditions apply to it

‘The contract’ - is the arrangement between the buyer and seller, comprising the purchase order, these conditions and any other documents specified in the purchase order/order form

We can post cards directly to the buyers intended recipient, just include the delivery address with your order

All products leave Cards With Love in perfect condition however, if any goods received are damaged please return the product, unopened within 7 working days of receipt.

If goods are not rejected within 7 days then they are deemed as accepted

If you are not entirely satisfied with any products received we offer a full money back guarantee, the product should be returned unopened and suitably packaged within 7 working days

We regret we are unable to offer refunds on cards that have been personalised or custom made to buyers specifications
